Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Enter the number and your current operator when you order. We arrange the transfer with them and the number moves on your start date. Keep using your current SIM until then.
Is there a contract?
Mobile plans run on a 30-day rolling basis unless the plan says otherwise. The term is shown on every plan before you order, and you can ask to change or cancel from My account.
What happens after I order?
A member of our team reviews your order. Once it is approved we activate your line and email you. Your first bill covers the days from activation to the end of that month.
