How long is the contract?

Each internet plan states its contract length before you order, and the same term is kept with your order. To change or cancel, send a request from My account.

When do I start paying?

From the day your connection is activated. Your first bill covers the days from activation to the end of that month. After that we bill each full month at the start of the next one.
