About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you order and use Signavo mobile, home internet and home phone services. By creating an account or sending an order you accept them.

Each plan also shows its own details before you order: price, allowance, contract length and any terms for that plan. Where a plan's own terms differ from these, the plan's terms apply to that plan.

In these terms, “we” and “us” means Signavo, and “you” means the person who holds the account.

Your account

You need an account to order. Give your real name and an email address you use, and confirm that address with the link we send you.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders and requests sent from your account. If you think someone else has used it, reset your password and contact us.

We may disable an account that is used for fraud or abuse, or that seriously breaks these terms.

Orders

An order is a request for a service, not yet a contract. A member of our team reviews every order, including the service address and any number you want to move.

We may decline an order, for example if the address is not covered or the details cannot be checked. If we do, we tell you in My account and by email. Nothing is charged for an order that is not activated.

Your contract for a service starts on the day we activate it, and we email you when that happens. The price and terms you accepted when ordering stay with that service; later changes to the published plan do not change them.

You can withdraw an order while we are still reviewing it.

Keeping your mobile number

If you ask to keep a mobile number, you confirm that the number is yours or that you are allowed to move it. We arrange the transfer with your current operator for your start date or as soon as possible after it.

Your agreement with your current operator stays between you and them, including any notice period or charges they apply.

Contract length

Mobile plans run on a 30-day rolling basis unless the plan states otherwise. They continue until you ask to cancel.

Internet, home phone and bundle plans run for the contract length stated on the plan. It is shown before you order and kept with your order.

If a plan has a charge for ending it early, the charge is stated on the plan before you order. No other early-cancellation charge applies.

Prices and billing

Prices are monthly and include VAT. Bills are issued in euro. If the site shows prices in another currency, it says next to the price how that amount was worked out.

We bill monthly in arrears. At the start of each month we issue one bill for the month before, covering all your services.

Your first bill for a service is pro-rata: it covers the days from activation to the end of that month. When a service ends, the last bill covers the days up to the end date.

Each bill shows its due date, which is 15 days after the bill is issued.

Charges outside your plan appear as separate lines on your bill, each with a description.

Late payment

If a bill is not paid by its due date, we mark it overdue and send you a reminder by email the next day. We do not charge late fees or interest.

If the bill is still unpaid 7 days after its due date, we send a final reminder. From 14 days after the due date we may suspend your services until the bill is paid; we restore them once it is paid. If you think a bill is wrong, contact us before the due date and we will not suspend a service over an amount we are still checking.

Paying your bill

You can pay an issued bill by card from My account. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Trezuz, on its own secure page. You enter your card details there and they never reach Signavo.

A bill is marked paid once the payment provider confirms the payment to us. If online payment is unavailable, the bill page says so and you can contact us to pay another way.

Promo codes

A promo code gives a percentage off the plan price for a stated number of billed months after activation. You enter it when you order; it cannot be added afterwards.

A code may be valid only between certain dates or for a limited number of uses. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Changing or cancelling a service

To change plan or cancel, send a request from the service in My account. Each service can have one open request at a time.

Our team reviews each request and replies by email with the date it takes effect. You can withdraw a request while it is open.

Using the services

We work to keep the services running, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Coverage results and speeds describe what is available at a postcode; they are not a guarantee for every room or every moment.

Use the services lawfully and for your own household. Do not resell them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects a service you already have, we email you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Questions and complaints

Write to us at support@signnavo.online or through the contact page. If you are not satisfied with how we handled a complaint, you can refer it to the consumer protection or telecommunications authority in your country.
